This policy explains what personal data CrownVPS collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and billing address, when you make an account or place an order.
- Payment details — the payment method you used and transaction references. Card numbers are handled by the card payment company. We do not store them.
- Service data — the servers you have, their IP addresses, and your support tickets.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit when you use this website or the client area. This is recorded in server logs.
Why we use it
- To provide the services you order, bill you for them and send you service notices.
- To answer support requests.
- To stop fraud and abuse, and to act on abuse reports about our IP addresses.
- To follow the law and tax rules.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Data on your servers
The files and data you put on your server are yours. We do not look at them, except when we need to provide or support the service, to look into abuse, or when the law requires it.
Who else handles it
The payment companies you choose to pay with (mobile wallets, banks, card payment companies and crypto payment companies) handle the payment details they need. Data-centre and network companies run the equipment your servers run on. We share data with the authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records while your account is active. After that, we keep them for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server data is deleted when a service is ended. Website logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Cookies
This website uses cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you logged in to the client area. If we add analytics or other cookies that are not needed, we will update this policy. We will also ask for your permission where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it, where we do not have to keep it. Contact us to make a request.

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes. The version shown here applies from the date it is published.
